Ingredients For Crispy coins recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cream together butter, jaggery, salt and cardamom powder.
  • 2. Add in flour. Mix gently, do not knead.
  • 3. Once all flour come together as dough pinch out small portions.
  • 4. Flatten them a bit & arrange on a baking tray.
  • 5. Bake at 170°C pre-heated oven for 12 to 15 min. till base of the cookie turns red.
  • 6. Once cool store in a airtight jar.
