Ingredients For Delicious Potato Egg Pizza Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grate 1 large sized potato & wash with water.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl add 2 eggs black pepper powder & salt & mix well
  • 3. Add 1 cup all purpose flour/wheat flour & mix well
  • 4. Add grated potatoes by straing water
  • 5. Grease pan with oil & add batter & cook for 2-3 minutes by covering with lid
  • 6. Flip to second side & apply pizza sauce, cheese, finely chopped capsicum, onion & tomato & Italian seasoning/oregano & cheese.
  • 7. Cook till cheese melts & serve hot.
