Do not over boil the pasta. Keep it slightly under cooked.

Ingredients For Desi Pasta Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil pasta's of your choice until 80% done.
  • 2. Take a kadhai add garlic, ginger and chopped green chillies to it. Saute them for 30 seconds.
  • 3. Now add onions and saute them for 1 minute. Add capsicum cabbage and carrot and saute them for another 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Now add red chilli sauce green chilli sauce amd soy sauce and give them a good mix. Add tomato ketchup with vinegar and chings noodles or pasta masala. Add salt according to taste.
  • 5. Keep them on low flame and mix 2 tbsp corn flour with 1-1.5 cup of water. Add them to the pan and allow them to get a boil.
  • 6. After you see the bubbles popping and the liquid getting thick add the boiled pasta and give them a good mix.
  • 7. Check for seasoning. If you like yiu can add mixed herbs or Italian seasoning.
