Soak brown rice with enough water for an hour and then boil it.

Knead wheat flour, pinch of salt with needed water and make a dough of it. Make rotis from it.

Heat 1 tbspn oil and add cumin seeds, dry red chilli & grated ginger. Let it fry for few minutes and then add boiled dal and all spices with salt. Add two cup of hot water and boil it for few more minutes.

Heat 1tbspn oil and add chopped onion. Let it fry for few minutes and then add boiled chana and all chopped veggies. Add salt and all spice. Cook it till soft.

In a mixing bowl take 1/2 cup curd, salt and all spices. Mix it well. Heat one tbspn oil and add this mixture. Cook it in high for few seconds and then add boiled peas and chopped green chilli. Add 2cup hot water and let it cook for sometime.
6.
For masala dahi take curd in a mixing jar & add pinch of salt, 1/4 tspn red chilli and pepper powder. Blend it well.
