Ingredients For Dry Kashmiri Baingan Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take brinjal and dry in sun light for 24 hours.
  • 2. Now take a sauce pan and put on a medium flame.
  • 3. Add oil in it, cook for 10 seconds then add fennel seeds and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • 4. Now add brinjal, turmeric powder, kashmiri chili powder and garam masala in it. Cook till brinjal are soft.
  • 5. Switch off the flame and take out in serving bowl.
  • 6. Dry kashmiri baingan is ready to serve.
