How to make Eggless Wholewheat Carrot Cupcakes Recipe

Take a bowl , add all dry ingredients, flour, baking powderm baking soda, spicemix as mentioned in ingredients list

Take a blender jar, add brown sugar, curd , oil, essence blend it until will get a good consistency
3.
Now add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well
4.
Now add grated red carrot into the batter and mix well
5.
Adjust the batter consistency by adding the mix and mix evrything in cut fold method
6.
Pour the batter into the greased cupcake moulds and bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 25-30mins
7.
Once the cupcakes baked take them out allow them to cook on counter
8.
Once cool down frost them as per your wish I frosted them with vanila buttercream and filling was done with orange marmalade which was prepared at home
9.
