Ingredients For Gajar ka halwa recipe

Methods
  • 1. Washed n grated carrots.
  • 2. Take a nonstick pan and heat ghee.
  • 3. Add grated carrots and mix well.
  • 4. After few seconds, add milk and malai in it.
  • 5. Stir it and cooked it for 10 minutes.
  • 6. When carrots absorb milk than add sugar in it.
  • 7. Stir it till get absorb all water n remove the pan.
  • 8. Sprinkle some dryfruits finely chopped.
  • 9. Ready to serve.
