Pinni is very famous Punjabi sweet dish. It is eaten mostly in winters. Very healthy and delicious , served as a dessert . I made it from NOVA SHUDH Ghee , wheat flour, sugar , Gond and dry fruits.
Always Fry the nuts on low heat. Fry the Gond properly. It should be crunchy. If mixture becomes dry , add 2-3 tbsp more warm NOVA SHUDH GHEE.
