Ingredients For Govind gatte ki sabji with paratha recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all take a mixing bowl, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of mustard oil.
  • 2. Add baking powder,1 teaspoon of turmeric and chili powder and kasuri methi.
  • 3. By adding salt make a soft dough. Make small balls, fill the gatte balls with dry fruits. Boil and keep aside.
  • 4. In another kadai, heat mustard oil, shallow fry this gatte.
  • 5. For gravy, heat oil. add hing, curry leaves, green chili and ginger garlic paste.
  • 6. SautĂ© it .Then add tomato puree, add turmeric powder, chili powder n corainder powder. Cook , then add kasuri methi, salt and beaten curd.
  • 7. Add the required amount of water to make gravy. Add chat masala.
  • 8. Now put the gatte n cook for a while.
  • 9. Serve this gatte with ajwain parathas.
