Slice onions, grind green chilli, mint leaves, coriander leaves. Boil toor Dal for 10 minutes in medium flame. Do not pressure Cook, do not over cook, remove excess water...Wash properly spinach, coriander leaves mint leaves.

Take a pan and keep it on the stove. Turn on the stove. Once the pan heats pour oil, once the oil heats add mustard and cumin seeds, once it starts crackle, add red chiili, curry leaves, onion, roast the onions, add salt and turmeric, and then add ginger garlic paste. Roast it well. Once the onions become brown add spinach, mix it. Close it with a lid, once it half cooked add cooked Dal. Mix everything again close it with a lid, keep the stove in low flame, open the lid, add coriander powder

Again mix it well. Once it completely cooked. Take it into a bowl and serve hot with rice /chapathi /roti.
