Blanch spinach leaves in 2 cup of boiling water, drain refresh in cold water and squeeze out excess water.

In a bowl, add spinach leaves, boiled green peas and mashed potatoes. Add ginger- green chili, salt, coriander leaves, cornflour and chaat masala . Mix every thing well.

Divide this mixture into equal parts. Shape each part into a ball and then press it. Give it a kabaab shape.

Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Shallow fry all the kabaab on medium flame. Fry till they turn golden brown . Remove from oil and serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce.
