Ingredients For MUTTON CURRY RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil and clarified butter in a pressure cooker,add cloves,cinnamon,cardamom and black pepper to crackle.
  • 2. Add sliced onion and saute till light brown.
  • 3. Now add ginger garlic paste and onion paste and cook for five minutes
  • 4. Add mutton pieces and salt and cook on a high flame for five minutes
  • 5. Add coriander powder,red chilly powder ,turmeric powder and curd and mix well.
  • 6. Cook in a slow flame for 10 minutes
  • 7. Now add two cup of water and garam masala powder and cover the lid and cook for ten mins or mutton becomes tender
  • 8. Serve hot with rice or chapatis.
