Ingredients For Haryali Gatte Biryani without onion n garlic.

Methods
  • 1. Take besan in a bowl, mix salt, ajwain, corainder leaves paste 2 tablespoon, salt to taste, Mustard oil.
  • 2. Mix it well make dough of gatte, roll the dough make cylindrical shape n boil.
  • 3. Once the cylindrical shape dough comes above the water, remove from water, cool n cut into round shape slices.
  • 4. Take a pan, add 2 tablespoon of ghee, heat n put the gattaes into the pan n saute till it becomes bit cripsy.
  • 5. Now take 3 to 4 tablespoon of ghee in a pan heat it.
  • 6. In bowl take palak n tomato puree, chat masala ,briyani masala, 1 teaspoon of haldi, salt. Mix well n keep aside.
  • 7. Now put green chili n ginger paste into the heated ghee , add this mixture into heated ghee. Saute for a while.
  • 8. Then add cashew paste into it n cook for a while.
  • 9. Add the rest green corainder paste, add gattaes n curd. Cook for a while. Finally add kasuri meethi.
  • 10. Hare gatte ki sabji is ready. Now we need to cook basmati rice
  • 11. For this take basmati rice in a big bowl, add water( double amount), put jeera( cumin seeds, green chili whole)cook the rice 90percert.
  • 12. Drain the water once rice is cooked.
  • 13. Now we need to do layering.
  • 14. Take a handi grease it with ghee, put one layer of gatte ki sabji, then over it add a layer of rice. Put Somme dry fruits n fresh mint leaves. Repeat the process .
  • 15. Now seal the handi with dough n cook for 10 mins on slow flame so that briyani gets cooked.
  • 16. Once cooked garnish it with fried gatte , mint leaves n serve with raita of yr choice.
