Methods
  • 1. Cut the paneer pieces in desired shapes.
  • 2. Cut onion, capsicum and tomatoes in cubes.
  • 3. Marinate the paneer pieces with curd, coriander paste, mint paste, chilli paste, chat masala and salt.
  • 4. Keep it aside for 1hour - 30 minutes.
  • 5. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Pan fry the paneer pieces along with the cubed veggies.
  • 6. Haryali paneer tikka is ready to serve.
