  • 1. For Marinate : In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix really well. Cover the bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • 2. Now thread the paneer and capsicums on bamboo Skewers. Place the Skewers on the Hot tava
  • 3. Turn the tikkas every 10-15 seconds to ensure an even cooking. After the paneer starts getting golden spots it's all ready .Serve the tikkas hot with green chutney.
