Ingredients For Healthy Bhakhri pizza Recipe

Methods
  • 1. For pizza sauce: in a pan take 4 big bowl water boil it,cut top of tomatoes into four,with skin put these tomatoes in boiling water for 30 seconds
  • 2. Immediately take them out and put these tomatoes in cold water and remove their skin
  • 3. Now crush them into mixy without water into fine paste
  • 4. Now in a pan heat oil 2 tbsp ,saute ginger garlic paste,green chillies paste,
  • 5. Saute chopped onions to this ,add salt to taste
  • 6. Now add Kashmiri red chillies paste mix well
  • 7. Add the above crushed tomatoes mixture to this pan ,add Italian herbs to it
  • 8. Now add black pepper powder,red chilli flex,origeno to it mix well
  • 9. Cook it for 5-7 minutes,pizza sauce is ready
  • 10. For bhakhri: in a bowl take wheat flour, almond flour,oats , Salt to taste,oil ,water as required and knead hard dough for bhakhri
  • 11. Give this dough rest of 10 minutes ,make bhakhri out of it with rolling pin
  • 12. On a tava make bhakhri from both the sides for 5-7 minutes on low flame till golden brown
  • 13. For pizza : to these bhakhris apply prepared home made Pizza sauce
  • 14. Sprinkle chaat masala on it
  • 15. Put shredded cabbage on it ,sprinkle Black pepper powder on it
  • 16. Above it put shredded onion ,sprinkle origeno,red chilli flex on it,above that put shredded capsicum
  • 17. Above that put paneer crumbles on it ,sprinkle Italian herbs on it
  • 18. Now in a non stick pan ,put 1 TSP oil,heat it for 5 minutes, and put this pizza in non stick pan, cover the pan for 7-8 minutes on low flame
  • 19. Take the pizza out ,drizzle tomato sauce on it
  • 20. Serve this pizza hot
