Methods
  • 1. Dry roast the flour and semolina for 5 minutes.
  • 2. To make thick slurry add salt, red chillies, curd and water in the flour.
  • 3. Mix all the ingredients in mashed potato.
  • 4. Take butter in pan and put the slurry and then spread the potato mixture. Then again add slurry.
  • 5. Now turn the sandwich and to cook until brown,cut and serve with chutney and sauce.
