Ingredients For Healthy Toor Dal Soup Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and Soak the dal for 5-10 minutes.
  • 2. In a pressure cooker heat ghee. Add cumin and garlic. Saute it.
  • 3. Add soaked dal 2 cups water turmeric powder and salt. Give it 4-5 whistles.
  • 4. Turn of the flame. Open the lid. Blend it with hand blender. Adjust the consistency of the soup by adding hot water.
  • 5. Add black pepper powder and lemon juice.
  • 6. Transfer it in serving bowl. Sprinkle some black pepper powder and fried onion ( optional) . Serve hot.
