Ingredients For Jhunka ( Besan ki sabji ) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a wok heat oil. Add cumin, mustard seeds, curry leaves , when it starts cracking add green chillig, ginger, garlic and onion. Saute it . Add spring onion and capsicum. Mix it well. Cool it for 3/4 minutes.
  • 2. Add Besan and all the slices. Mix it well.
  • 3. After 2-3 minutes gradually add the hot water. Stir continuously. Now add lemon juice.
