Heat oil and 1 tbsp butter . Add all the vegetables. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.

Add all the sauces and spices. Mix it well. Add boiled pasta. Add 1 tbsp cheese. Mix it well.

Heat tawa. Grease it with butter. Place chapati. Spread sauce vegetables mixture. Grate cheese. Roll this . Cook on low heat till it becomes golden brown and crispy.

Cut it into pieces. Arrange it in serving plate. Grate cheese on top , garnish with some sauce.
