Whisk it all together and make sure no lumps are formed.If the batter is too thick, add milk as required

Heat a pan on medium flame, Spread some butter or oil on it.Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and cook on low flame. When it slightly cook , put 1tsp chocolate syrup and after that again put pancake batter.

Cook until the bubbles are formed and golden, flip and cook until golden brown

Garnish with chocolate syrup and mint leaves on top.
