Ingredients For Kashmiri Aalu Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Sieve wheatflour, all purpose flour and salt in a bowl. Add water as required and knead a soft dough.
  • 2. Put the garam masala ingredients in a pan and fry for 30 seconds. Grind it coarsely.
  • 3. Take a mixing bowl, add boiled potatoes and all the stuffing ingredients and garam masala. Will mix it well.
  • 4. Season the kneaded dough well. Take a small ball of dough and roll out two rotis of poori size. Spread potato stuffing on one roti, cover it with another roti and press it well, and roll it with light hands.
  • 5. Heat the pan, apply ghee to the paratha and shake it till it turns golden brown on both the sides.
  • 6. Server it hot.
