Ingredients For Leftover Chole Ka Makeover Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl take leftover chole & roughly mash it. Add grated boiled sweet potato, chopped onion, coriander leaves, salt, chopped green chilli, 1tspn each turmeric powder, cumin-coriander powder, aamchur powder, red chilli powder. Add breadcrumbs & make a dough of it.
  • 2. Heat oil. Make small balls & deep fry it till it turns golden brown.
  • 3. For kofta curry, boil chopped onion, tomato, poppy seeds & kashmiri dry red chilli in hot water. Make it cool then & take it in a mixing jar. Add curd, 1tspn each turmeric powder, cumin powder & sugar. Make a smooth paste of it.
  • 4. Heat 1tspn oil & fry the paste for few minutes. Mix little water & Add koftas in it & coated the koftas with the spices.
  • 5. Chole kofta is ready now.
  • 6. For Fried Rice heat 1tbspn oil & fry chopped onion & garlic for few seconds. Add tomato paste, salt & all spices. Fry it for few more minutes. Add all chopped veggies, mix it with spices & saute it till soft. Once it's done add leftover ghee rice, mix it with veggies & toss it in high for 2to 3minutes.
  • 7. After that add chole kofta curry with rice & mix it well (mind it kofta curry should be dry almost).
  • 8. Finally add ghee & switch off the flame.
  • 9. Delicious Chole Kofta Fried Rice is ready to serve now.
  • 10. Enjoy it with salad & extra chole kofta curry.
