Ingredients For Masala Bhath Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Clean, wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes. and cook the rice.
  • 2. In a handi, heat ghee and add cloves, bay leaf, onions and sautĂ© to golden brown colour.
  • 3. Add tomatoes and saute sometime.
  • 4. Now add Ginger garlic paste.
  • 5. Now add the all powdered spices and salt. Add 1/4 cup hot water to it and saute for a couple of minute.
  • 6. Add cooked rice and saute it. Now add ginger julienne, coriander roots and mix nicely.
  • 7. On a lower flame cook for 1-2 minutes, add ghee.
  • 8. Garnish- with chopped coriander.
