Ingredients For Masala poori with saagu recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix flour with salt, chilli powder , turmeric , sugar powder. add carom seeds & kasuri methi, add to flour.
  • 2. Add water little ny little & knead med. soft dough. Rest covered for 10 min.
  • 3. Heat oil for deep frying.
  • 4. Devide dough into small portions.
  • 5. Knead well & roll into a disc.
  • 6. Deep fry in hot oil till both sides are golden.
  • 7. Drain on a tissue.
  • 8. Cook vegetable in pressure cooker till tender.
  • 9. Grind coconut, roasted gram, ginger , garlic , green chilli , pepper , coriander leaves, cumin , garam masala tofine paste.
  • 10. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 11. Fry onions till translucent .
  • 12. Add tomatoes & fry till mushy.
  • 13. Add cooked veggies , ground paste and water as required along with salt.
  • 14. Boil for 5 min, Serve with poori.
