In a kadai, heat 1 tbsp oil, saute chopped garlic, ginger, add chopped onion, let it change colour.

Add chopped cabbage, capsicum, carrot, all spices, let it cook on high flame for a minute.

Add boiled peas and corn, add sauces, salt, mix well, add boiled and mashed potatoes and crumbled paneer. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well, switch off the flame.

Now take portion from mixture and make cylinder shape cutlet, now make cornflour slurry using 4 tbsp water with cornflour.

Dip in slurry and cost very well with poha powder, heat oil and fry till golden colour appears, serve with chutney or ketchup.
