First peel the boiled potatoes. Now grate carrot and cabbage and cauliflower and onion, capsicum.

Now mash the boiled potatoes. Now mix any other ingredients, and also add green chilies and ginger. Now mix Poha in it as well. Now add arrowroot, salt and all the spices and also add green coriander.

Now put oil on the pan and bake it well from both the sides on low flame.

Now this cutlet is ready, you can eat it with chutney and sauce.
