Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in a nonstick pan, fry cashews, almonds, raisins and separate them, then fry potatoes, carrots, cabbage, beans, capsicum and paneer.
  • 2. Now add whole spices, add soaked rice, fry for 2 minutes, add 3 cups of water, garam masala and cumin powder and cook it covered
  • 3. After cooking add soaked saffron, dry fruit, fried veg and lemon juice
  • 4. Then cook green coriander for 2 minutes and serve it hot, serve any raita together.
