Ingredients For Oats Halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Powder oats in a mixer. Heat a thick non-stick frying pan or kadai and heat 2 tbsp ghee. Roast powdered oats in ghee on a low heat until fragrant and a slight change in color (approximately 10 minutes).
  • 2. Then add the milk and stir well until it is well mixed with oats. Add jaggery and cardamom powder.
  • 3. Cover with a lid and cook on a low heat for 10 minutes or until the mixture leaves from the sides of the pan and water dries up. Serve in dessert bowls. Mix with chopped dry fruits.
