Ingredients For OIL HILSHA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash the three pieces of hilsa fish and mix turmeric powder and salt .
  • 2. Soak the mustard powder in water
  • 3. Heat a non stick pan and add mustard oil in it and fry the 3 pieces of fish of both sides
  • 4. Then filter the mustard powder mixed with water and add it with the fish in the pan
  • 5. Cut the green chillis and add these in the fish and add water and allow it to boil
  • 6. After some time, remove it from the pan and serve this yummy, delicious, tasty OIL HILSHA
