Wash and chop spinach and blanch it. Once cooled,take a blender make a paste.

In a kneading bowl, mix wheat flour, spinach, carom seeds onion seeds,one tbsp clarified butter and salt.

Make a soft dough with the help of little water.Keep aside for 15 mins.

Take a bowl, add onion,kashmiri red chilly powder, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, carom seeds and onion seeds and mix well.Press the dough ball into onion,garam masala , kashmiri mirch p;owder and coriander leaves mixture

keep the topping side down and dust and roll the dough ball. On a heated pan, make parathas applying clarified butter both the sidesOnce both the sides are cooked and golden brown in color.Serve hot .
