  • 1. First of all boil milk, roast vermicelli in a pan by adding ghee.
  • 2. Once milk boils, add roasted vermicelli and mix it well.
  • 3. Once the kheer thickens add sugar, elachi powder, tuttifruti.
  • 4. Mix it well and add pan essence and green food colour.
  • 5. Cool the vermicelli kheer, garnish this with tuttifruti, colourful fennel seeds and serve.
