Ingredients For Paneer angara restaurant style recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a pan, take 2 tbsp oil then heat it add cardamom, black pepper,cloves, cinnamon, dry red chillies
  • 2. Then add sliced onion saute till soften,
  • 3. Then add cashews,
  • 4. Then add tomatoes, add water 1/2 cup,add salt to taste, saute till tomotoes soften,
  • 5. Now churn this in mixy above mixture without water,then seive it , gravy is ready,
  • 6. Now in another pan heat oil ,add cumin seeds and bay leaf,
  • 7. Then add the above sieved gravy to the pan , add 1/2 cup water, boil gravy for 2 minutes,
  • 8. Now add capsicum, onion and paneer cubes to it,
  • 9. Then cook the sabji for 5 minutes,
  • 10. Now add red chilli powder,coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, jeera powder, mix all well,
  • 11. Add salt
  • 12. Place live charcoal
  • 13. Cover the pan for 2 minutes
  • 14. Switch off the flame
  • 15. Sabji is ready
  • 16. Serve it with naan , roti
