Ingredients For Paneer Hira Moti Curry without onion garlic recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly take tomato wash it .then grind it make smooth pureeNow take pan heat oil then add the cumin seeds, cloves,star, cinnamon,bay leaf, cardamom saute for while
  • 2. Next add the ginger chilli paste saute for 2 miunte Then add the tomato puree and salt mix it well cook on low medium flame till oil release on surface .then add the finely chopped capsicum
  • 3. Next add the all spices mix it well cook on low flame for 5-7 miunteFurther add the white paste (soak cashews, poppy seeds, dried melon seeds for 10-15 in warm water ,and grind it make smooth paste
  • 4. Now add the kasturi methi and add some water or as required mix nicely cook on low medium flame Last add the fresh cream mix it nicely cover and cook till the oil release on surface Then add the grated paneer mix it wellCurry are ready for serve
  • 5. For heera motiFirstly Take paneer grated it .then take one big Bowl add the grated paneer, ginger green chillies, corinder leaves, garam masala,salt,cumin powder, black pepper powder, corn flour mix it well . mixture are ready
  • 6. Take lemon size balls from mixture and make small ball and fry it. Till golden brown,then add in paneer curryAdd fry cashews and paneer balls in curry. cover and cook for 2-5 minutes in low medium flame
