Ingredients For Paneer Rolls in rich gravy

Methods
  • 1. Add maida, cornflour, salt and pepper to the paneer and mix well
  • 2. Now sprinkle maida with a thick paneer on top of a thick polythene, roll it with a tomato sauce, spread green coriander, then sprinkle black pepper and chaat masala, then cut it into a roll
  • 3. Now heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and all the spices, add green chillies, ginger, garlic and onions and fry them, then fry tomatoes, cashews and Magajas, take them off and cool down.
  • 4. Now heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan, add red chillies and all spices and fry onion paste
  • 5. Now put a little water, salt, black salt, sugar and then put it on a slow flame for 5 minutes, covered with cream and paneer rolls and serve with hot bread
