In a mixer add peanuts, ginger,cumin green chillies,juice of 2 small lemons,mint leaves , coriander leaves and 1/2 cup of curd and give it a mix.

Now in a kadai add besan and roast it then add another 1/2 cup of curd,ginger garlic paste,kashmiri red chilli powder,roasted cumin powder,garam masala,black pepper,mustard oil, juice of another 2 lemons, food colouring and some salt to taste now give it a gentle mix.

Now add paneer cubes , onions,capsicum and turmeric into the marination and refrigerate it for approx 30 minutes.

Now after 30 minutes grill them up in grilling pan or either on tava paneer tikkas are ready to eat with amazing green chutney.
