Recipe Notes

In potatoes mixture you can add boiled black grams and onions. If you are not having raw mango you can make Pani with tamarind pulp.

Ingredients For Pani Puri Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add boiled potatoes, salt and chilli powder. Mix and mash it . Keep aside.
  • 2. Take a mixer jar add all the ingredients of Pani . Grind it to make chatni.
  • 3. Take a pan add 2 cup chilled water and mint chatni . Mix it well .
  • 4. Taste the Pani . Adjust salt and masala as per your taste.
  • 5. Before serving add boondi in Pani.
  • 6. Take a bowl add tamarind chatni and 3-4 tsp water in it . Sweet Pani is ready for children.
  • 7. Make hole on the top of puri/ golgappa, fill mashed potatoes, dip in the Khatta- Meetha Pani and eat straight away.
  • 8. Enjoy the Pani puri.
