Ingredients For Pineapple fried rice recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a pan, heat oil ,saute onion for 5 minutes
  • 2. Then saute green beans for five minutes
  • 3. Then add all kind of bell peppers and saute for five minutes
  • 4. Now add ginger garlic green chillies paste saute for 2 minutes
  • 5. Now add spring onions saute for 2 minutes
  • 6. Then add red chilli flakes,origano ,salt to taste,black pepper mix well
  • 7. Now add pineapple cashewnutes mix well
  • 8. Lastly add soya sauce and vinegar
  • 9. Then add basmatice rice cooked 70 percent ,mix and cook for 5 minutes again
  • 10. Switch off the flame
  • 11. Serve it in scooped pineapple
