Ingredients For Thai Green Veg Curry Recipe

Methods
  • 1. For green paste take onion, spring onion, basil leaves, lemon grass, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, ginger, garlic & pepper corn in a mixing jar. Add water & make a paste of it.
  • 2. Add lemon juice to this mixture for better colour & taste.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan & stir fry all the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes in medium flame.
  • 4. In another pan heat 1tbspn oil & saute the green paste for few minutes.
  • 5. Add coconut milk, salt & sugar.
  • 6. Add all stir fried vegetables. Mix it well, cover it & let it cook .
  • 7. Don't overcook the vegetables. After 5 to 7 minutes check salt & taste.
  • 8. Sprinkle chopped basil leaves & lemon juice & switch off the flame.
  • 9. Serve it hot with Thai Fried rice or any steamed rice.
