First of all, add 1 tsp salt, baking powder, soda, asafoetida, sugar to the wheat flour and mix it well.

Now add 2 tbsp oil to it and mix it well. Now add curd and mix and knead soft dough with warm water as required. Make a muss. Keep covered for 2-3 hours.

Wash and cut the onion, capsicum and tomato into small pieces. Add chaat masala, salt and pepper to it and mix.

Now apply oil by applying elasticity and make a base by rolling a roti a little thicker and bigger than the roti. And pierce it with a fork on all sides.

Now heat the tawa, apply butter on it and cover the base on low flame and roast it.

After 2-3 minutes, turn it over when it is cooked.

Now apply tomato sauce all around on the base and add onion, capsicum and tomato pieces. Grate the butter and cheese and paneer.
8.
Now cover it and cook for 3-5 minutes on low flame. When the cheese melts, it is ready. Serve hot healthy pizza. .....Jai Mata Di....Meetu Garg...
