Ingredients For PUNJABI CHICKEN MASALA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Marinate chicken with curd,1/2 tbsp ginger,1/2 tbsp garlic,kashmiri mirch powder,red chilly powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder and salt. Keep aside for 4 - 5 hours.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan add whole garam masala to crackle now add chopped onion and saute until transparent. Add remaining ginger garlic paste and tomato paste and mix well,cook well till raw flavors go.
  • 3. Now add marinated chicken and cook on high for 5 minutes. Cover it and cook in a slow flame until oil leaves the pan.
  • 4. Add one cup of water and salt and cook for five minutes. Add kashuri methi and mix it well.
  • 5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with naan.
