Recipe Notes
At the time of cutting or chopping raw jackfruit, apply oil on your palm.Chopped raw jackfruit will not turn black if it add in turmeric water.
1.
Take a bowl, Add 1 cup of water and 1 teaspoon turmeric powder and chopped raw jackfruit and mix well

In a Pressure Cooker, add raw Jackfruit pieces and ½ Cup of Water. Close the lid for 1 whistle in medium flame and keep aside to Cool.

In a blender, add Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilies and make a smooth paste.

Now take a Kadai and add oil , add potatoes into the hot oil and fry in a medium flame. Add little bit of salt. When it became light golden remove from the oil.

In the remaining oil, sputter dried red chili, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf, cumin for 30. Now add sliced onion & little bit of sugar & fry until golden brown. Add paste of ginger, garlic & green chilies and stir for 2 to 3 minutes. After that add Tomato paste & again stir for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now add turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilly powder & cumin powder , mix well & stir for 2 to 3 minutes. After that add boiled raw jackfruit pieces & fried potatoes and mix well with the masala for 3 to 4 minutes. After that add 300 ml warm water, salt & cover for 15 Minutes in medium to low flame.

After that add ghee & garam masala , mix well and turn off the flame. Give two minutes standing time and serve with Steamed Rice, Roti , Paratha, Fried Rice etc.
