At first take a mixing bowl. Put Chopped onion, tamoto, green chili, corn, corriander leaves, lemon juice, chat masala and salt. Mix it well.

Take small bowl and put besan on it. Add red chili powder, turmeric power, cumin powder and salt. Then add water slowly-slowly and make a fine paste without lumps .

Cut the roti into 4 pieces. Spread the besan paste on it . Drop it on pan which is oil heated on gas.

Drop first paste side in the oil and fry till golden brown. Turn the next side and fry till brown.

Take out the fried roti on the plate . Then for base, spread the sauce well . Add salad mixer on it . At last add sev( bhujiya )

For garnish add some corriander leaves and sauce at the top. Roti masala papdi chat is ready to be served.
