Recipe Notes

Make sure sabudana should not be wet. Keeping the children in mind adjust the quantity of chillis. With curd dip this vada tastes awesome . You can also shallow fry or back it .

Ingredients For Sago Wada Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixer jar grind peanuts coarsely .
  • 2. Take a mixing bowl. Add soaked sabudana, grated potatoes , salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder,fresh coriander, green chilli and roasted peanuts .
  • 3. Mix everything well.
  • 4. Divide the mixture into equal parts. Make small flatten balls from them,
  • 5. Take a wok . Heat oil .Deep fry all the vadas in hot oil until they become golden brown and crispy from both the sides.
  • 6. Serve hot with chatni or sauce.
