Ingredients For Sem Seeds Masala

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, ground onion and ginger garlic and fry it
  • 2. When red, add salt and all the spices and fry them, add green chilli and green coriander to the tomatoes, grind them and put them in the spices.
  • 3. Then add fenugreek seeds, semi seeds and potatoes and put them in the cooker
  • 4. Then add rice flour and some water, cover the lid and cook it for 3 whistles and serve green coriander.
