Its a healthy breakfast recipe.You can serve it as a lunch or brunch also.I made this with wheat flour,Semolina,Sugar and Banana and I added little quantity of fennel seeds to ehance the taste of it and specially I like the flavour and essence of Fennel Seeds Very much?.
Make sure that batter should not be excess runny in texture...otherwise it creates difficulty while flipping pancakes.
