Ingredients For Shahi Samosa Tukda in Mango Rabri Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix maida, sunflower oil, 1pinch salt and some amount of water to make a smooth dough.
  • 2. In a pan, add grated coconut and 4tablespoon sugar. Mix it at medium flame for 10minutes and make the filling.
  • 3. Table small portion from dough, fill the coconut stuffing and cover it. Give it a shape of samosa. Follow the same process for all the samosas.
  • 4. Heat ghee in pan, deep fry all samosas. When it turns golden brown, take it out from ghee and put it aside.
  • 5. Boil milk and thicken it lightly. Add cardamom powder, 1 tablespoon dry fruits, 2 tablespoon sugar, 2drops rose water, mango pulp and condensed milk. Boil it properly and stir continuously. Once it becomes thick, turn off the gas and wait for the rabri gets little cool.
  • 6. In a serving plate, arrange samosas, pour the rabri over it. You can garnish with some sliced mangoes, dry fruits and rosepetal.
