Ingredients For ZAFRANI MUGHLAI RICE KHEER RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Soak 15 - 20 almonds for 2 - 3 hours.
  • 2. Remove the skin and make a paste.
  • 3. Soak rice for one hour and make a paste.
  • 4. Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
  • 5. Add saffron strand,cardamom powder and sugar and boil for five minutes.
  • 6. Add almond paste and rice paste and mix well.
  • 7. Stir continuously for thickening the milk.
  • 8. Add kevra essence and mix well.
  • 9. Garnish with silver vark, raisins and almonds and serve chilled.
