In a hot pan add butter. Deseed the jamuns & add it. Add pineapple paste & all the ingredients of sauce. Add a cup of hot water & let it boil till it turns sauce consistency. Once it's done strain the fibre of the fruits & take the sauce.

Make a dough of flour, maida, salt with little hot water. Cover it & keep rest for 10minutes.

Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and garlic. Fry it for few seconds.

Add tomato, all veggies, salt & spices. Cover it & cook it till soft. Finally add boiled mashed sweet potato. Now take charcoal in a small bowl , add ghee & put it on the veggies. Switch off the gas, cover it & keep rest for 10minutes.

Soak the rice in beetroot juice for 15 minutes. Then strain it & make it dry in open air. Just for colour I have used beetroot juice.

Now make small balls from rice flour dough, put 1tbsp veg mixture in it & wrap it well. Roll the balls on rice.

Steam the rice balls in steamer for 15 to 20 minutes.

Enjoy this delicious veg rice flower with jamun-pineapple sauce.
