Methods
  • 1. Dry roast semolina till aromatic let it cool
  • 2. Heat ghee in a pan add roasted semolina, roast for few seconds more, add water and sugar.
  • 3. Cook till mixes well add milk and fresh cream. Cook till it leaves its sides.
  • 4. Add chopped nuts and switch off the flame and serve hot.
